  • Through values of humanity, connection, safety, intentionality, curiosity, and courage, I combine talk therapy with neuroscience-informed body-based (somatic) approaches. In individual counselling, you have the full space to explore your internal world - processing past and current experiences, developing a compassionate relationship with all parts of yourself, getting curious about your subconscious patterns, and exploring your relational connections with others.

    Our therapeutic relationship in individual counselling can serve as a safe container for relational healing and growth. Through our relationship and work, my hope is that your past relational history can be processed, repaired, and integrated into your present, allowing you to move towards embodied safety in your relationships with yourself and others.

  • Through values of interdependence and connection, I hope to support everyone in the relationship to (re)connect, repair attachment wounds, strengthen their relational skills and capacities, and feel more at ease and in harmony with their authentic selves and each other.

    I incorporate aspects of attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, parts work (Internal Family Systems), and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support you and your loved ones to explore with curiosity, deep reverence, and care for your own and each other’s internal experiences, subconscious patterns of self-protective strategies as well as your co-created relational dynamics.

    My approach is queer and poly/non-monogamy -affirming, -aware, and -informed, and I welcome any and all styles and types of relationships.

  • Through values of community, growth, and accountability, I offer consultation to student counsellors and organizations.

    Consultation and supervision serve as a collaborative community (un)learning space to share support, maintain accountability in ourselves and each other, and engage in ongoing personal/professional growth.

Insurance Coverage: Our services are covered by most insurance providers. Please check with your specific insurance provider to confirm that services by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) are part of your insurance coverage. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and late appointment changes require at least 48 hours’ notice by email. Appointments with less than 48 hour notice are subject to a 50% session fee, and less than 24 hour notice are subject to a full session fee.
