healing practice

What ‘healing’ practice means for me….

  • An ongoing, moment to moment practice and process

  • A non-linear, lifelong journey

  • Slow, tolerable process of showing up for myself over and over again

  • Being an active participant in creating the life in which I thrive through making a series of small, repeated, aligned, embodied actions and choices

  • Deep, radical, unwavering acceptance of all of myself (even the messy, imperfect parts)

  • Attuning with, nurturing, protecting my younger parts/inner child

  • Living with/being anchored to courage, hope, resilience

  • Growing my capacity to safely feel and move through the full spectrum of human emotions and experiences

  • Deepening self-intimacy through embodied awareness and understanding of my authentic internal experience

  • Continued tolerable steps towards disrupting unhelpful old patterns and creating new patterns that align with me, expand my life, serve me today (vs. in past)

  • Embodying, living out (not just intellectually knowing) my core values

  • Radical self ownership and self responsibility for my needs, wounds, parts, healing, evolution vs. projecting them externally onto others

  • Deepening self trust; trusting my inner resources so I can step into risks and support myself/reach out for support if/when I shift outside of my capacity

  • Steadfast devotion and commitment to healing so I can live with sovereignty, freedom, aliveness

  • Deep reverence and compassion for my own AND others’ human experience, evolution process, and life journey

  • Being in interdependence with my loved ones and community; showing up for myself and others

  • Growing my capacity to connect with the love and beauty that’s all around me

  • Being present to and inviting in moments of goodness - rest, pleasure, ease, creativity, curiosity, play, joy
